1.Where do you source your stock?
Pieces found on Beautifully Gifted are sourced from Australia and overseas. I search for suppliers who display ethical and Fairtrade practices especially when dealing with artisanal communities. Pieces are also sourced from individual boutique artisan producers.
2.Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once an order is placed and charged we cannot cancel or amend it. This doesn’t mean there is nothing we can do so contact us via email at: hello@beautifullygifted.com.au and discuss with us your situation.
3.What should I do if my order is damaged?
You should contact us immediately via email at : hello@beautifullygifted.com.au. Please ensure that you have included your order number in your email and we will respond within 24hrs.
4.What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within the allocated time frame you should contact us immediately via email at: hello@beautifullygifted.com.au . Please ensure you provide your order number so that we can find your order easily and proceed to make enquiries. We will do our best to have answer for you within 24hrs.
5.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express credit and debit cards as well as payments made via PayPal.
6. Are my payment details secure?
We use Shopify Payments which is certified L1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant meeting all six PCI standards
7.Where do you ship?
We ship Australia wide. Currently we do not ship internationally but please check back regularly for changes to this policy.
8. What is your Returns Policy?
An application for a return must be placed within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition and packaging; unused and unworn. For further information on our conditions please go to our Returns Policy page where you can view the policy in full.
